Through its networking events EIPM is truly creating a Contact Point of Purchasing Professionals of different levels, bringing them together in a unique environment. You'll find there leading edge thinking on management issues, benchmark information, and invaluable networking opportunities. Conference takes place each December in EIPM at the French Geneva Campus.

WORKSHOPS
The objective of the EIPM Workshops is to provide an exchange forum for Purchasing Professionals to share experiences and discuss challenges as well as identify Best Practices in Purchasing regarding the chosen topic.
Next workshop will take place on June 17th : EIPM 2010 Awards feedback from the awardees.
The agenda of the previous workshop which took place on April 14th, 2011 on Legal Risk in China can be downloaded here.

ROUNDTABLES
The Chinese Roundtable (CRT) is a two days event held exclusively for Senior Purchasing Executives. It provides the opportunity to tackle major challenges purchasing is facing, exchange, benchmark and meet in small, select environment. Articulated around plenary and parallel workshop sessions, the roundtable brings together not only top Purchasing Executives, but also international experts in the field.
Next Roundtable schedule is set to take place in Shanghai on September 15th and 16th. The topic on the roundtable will be contribution to value creation from Purchasing function.

On June 1st, 2010, EIPM organized a first Wine Tasting event around Australian vineyard. The theme of the evening was a discussion around People Development and Coaching in the current very competitive Chinese labor market where the fight for talents doesn't only take place on the salary front. We also took the opportunity to introduce EIPM Talent Assessment Model.
